Description:The Fund seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the S&P New York AMT-Free Municipal Bond Index (the "Underlying Index"). The Underlying Index measures the performance of the investment grade segment of the New York municipal bond market. The Underlying Index is a subset of the S&P National AMT-Free Municipal Bond Index and is comprised of municipal bonds issued in the State of New York. The Underlying Index includes municipal bonds from issuers in the State of New York that are New York state or local governments or agencies whose interest payments are exempt from U.S. federal and New York state income taxes and the federal alternative minimum tax as determined by the Index Provider in accordance with its methodology. The Fund will generally invest at least 80% of its assets in the securities of its Underlying Index and will generally invest 90% of its assets in the securities of its Underlying Index and in securities that provide substantially similar exposure to the securities in its Underlying Index.
