We are a television broadcasting and digital media company focused exclusively on the acquisition, development and operation of television stations and interactive community websites in medium-sized markets in the United States, primarily markets that rank from 35 to 150 out of the 210 generally recognized television markets, as reported by A.C. Nielsen Company. As of December 31, 2012, we owned, operated, programmed or provided sales and other services to 64 television stations and 14 digital multi-cast channels, including those owned by Mission, in 38 markets in the states of Illinois, Indiana, Maryland, Missouri, Montana, Tennessee, Texas, Pennsylvania, Louisiana, Arkansas, Alabama, New York, Florida, Wisconsin, Michigan and Utah.
