We are an independent downstream energy limited partnership with refining, retail and pipeline operations that serves the PADD II region of the United States. We operate our assets in two business segments: the refining business and the retail business. For the year ended December 31, 2013, we had total revenues of $5.0 billion, operating income of $238.7 million, net income of $231.1 million and Adjusted EBITDA of $363.2 million. For the year ended December 31, 2012, we had total revenues of $4.7 billion, operating income of $571.0 million, net income of $197.6 million and Adjusted EBITDA of $739.7 million.
