We are a Delaware limited partnership formed in October 2012 by New Source Energy to own and acquire oil and natural gas properties in the United States. In November 2013, we acquired an oil field services business, and now we report our results of operations and describe our business in two segments: (i) exploration and production and (ii) oilfield services. Our primary business objective is to generate stable cash flows, allowing us to make quarterly cash distributions to our unitholders and, over time, to increase those quarterly cash distributions. Exploration and Production. Our oil and natural gas properties consist of non-operated working interests primarily in the Misener-Hunton formation, or Hunton formation, a conventional resource reservoir located in east-central Oklahoma. This formation has a 90-year history of exploration and development and thousands of wellbore penetrations that have led to more accurate geologic mapping.  ... More ...
