Description:Market Vectors Nuclear Energy ETF (the "Fund") seeks to replicate as closely as possible, before fees and expenses, the price and yield performance of the DAXglobal Nuclear Energy Index (the "Nuclear Energy Index"). The Fund normally invests at least 80% of its total assets in equity securities of U.S. and foreign companies primarily engaged in various aspects of the nuclear energy business. Companies primarily engaged in the nuclear energy business include those engaged in uranium mining, uranium enrichment, uranium storage, providing equipment for use in the provision of nuclear energy, nuclear plant infrastructure, nuclear fuel transportation and nuclear energy generation, and which derive at least 50% of their total revenues from such activities. Such companies may include small- and medium-capitalization companies.
