These terms also include our subsidiaries, Liaoning Nengfa Weiye Energy Technology Company Ltd., a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the Peoples’ Republic of China (“PRC”), and Liaoning Nengfa Weiye Tie Fa Sales Co., Ltd., a limited liability corporation organized and existing under the laws of the PRC.
