We are the leading provider of high-speed cable modem Internet access in Brazil through our NET Vírtua service, which had 4.3 million subscribers as of December 31, 2011. We also provide fixed line telephony through our NET Fone via Embratel service, which had 3.8 million subscribers as of December 31, 2011.
