Originally established in 1885 and incorporated in 1921, we are the largest food distributor serving military commissaries and exchanges in the United States, in terms of revenue. Our core businesses include distributing food to military commissaries and independent grocery retailers, and distributing to and operating our corporate-owned retail stores. Our sales in fiscal 2012 were approximately $4.8 billion. Our business currently consists of three primary operating segments: Military Food Distribution (“Military”), Food Distribution and Retail.
