The Men's Wearhouse began operations in 1973 as a partnership and was incorporated as The Men's Wearhouse, Inc. (the "Company") under the laws of Texas in May 1974. Our principal corporate and executive offices are located at 6380 Rogerdale Road, Houston, Texas 77072-1624 (telephone number 281-776-7000) and at 6100 Stevenson Blvd., Fremont, California 94538-2490 (telephone number 510-657-9821), respectively. Unless the context otherwise requires, "Company", "we", "us" and "our" refer to The Men's Wearhouse, Inc. and its subsidiaries. References herein to years are to the Company's 52-week or 53-week fiscal year, which ends on the Saturday nearest January 31 in the following calendar year. The periods presented in these financial statements are the fiscal years ended February 1, 2014 ("fiscal 2013"), February 2, 2013 ("fiscal 2012") and January 28, 2012 ("fiscal 2011").
