Description:ProShares Ultra MidCap400 seeks daily investment results, before fees and expenses, that correspond to twice (200%) the daily performance of the S&P MidCap 400 Index. The Index is a measure of mid-sized company U.S. stock market performance. It is a float-adjusted market capitalization weighted index of 400 U.S. operating companies and REITs. Securities are selected for inclusion in the index by the S&P U.S. Index Committee through a non-mechanical process that factors criteria such as liquidity, price, market capitalization and financial viability. The Fund will typically concentrate its investments in issuers of one or more particular industries to the same extent that its underlying index is so concentrated and to the extent permitted by applicable regulatory guidance.
