We are a mining and minerals exploration company focused on precious and base metals in Argentina, Mexico and the United States. We were organized under the laws of the State of Colorado on July 24, 1979 under the name Silver State Mining Corporation. On June 21, 1988, we changed our name to U.S. Gold Corporation and on March 16, 2007, we changed our name to US Gold Corporation. On January 24, 2012, we changed our name to McEwen Mining Inc. after the completion of the acquisition of Minera Andes Inc. ("Minera Andes") by way of a statutory plan of arrangement under the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada. We operate in Argentina, Mexico and the United States. As at December 31, 2014, we had an aggregate land position consisting primarily of mining claims, leases of mining claims or concessions of 814 square miles (2,109 square kilometers) in Argentina, 697 square miles (1,807 square kilometers) in Mexico, and 241 square miles (625 square kilometers) in Nevada. ...
