("MTGE", the "Company", "we", "us", and "our") was incorporated in Maryland on March 15, 2011 and commenced operations on August 9, 2011 following the completion of our initial public offering (“IPO”). We are externally managed by American Capital MTGE Management, LLC (our “Manager”), an affiliate of American Capital, Ltd. ("American Capital"). We do not have any employees.
