The Company designs, sources, imports and markets a variety of houseware and consumer electronic products, and licenses its trademarks to others on a worldwide basis for a variety of products. At March 31, 2010, approximately 56.2% of the Company’s outstanding common stock was owned by direct or indirect subsidiaries of the Grande Holdings Limited, a Bermuda corporation.
