We are a Delaware limited partnership formed in April 2011 by Memorial Resource to own, acquire and exploit oil and natural gas properties in North America. The Partnership is owned 99.9% by its limited partners and 0.1% by its general partner, which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Memorial Resource. Our general partner is responsible for managing all of the Partnership’s operations and activities. We operate in one reportable segment engaged in the acquisition, exploitation, development and production of oil and natural gas properties. Our business activities are conducted through OLLC, our wholly-owned subsidiary, and its wholly-owned subsidiaries. Our assets consist primarily of producing oil and natural gas properties and are principally located in Texas, Louisiana and offshore Southern California.  ... More ...
