We are a Delaware limited partnership formed in July 2011 that engages in the acquisition, exploitation and development of producing oil and natural gas properties in North America, with a focus on the Mid-Continent region of the United States. Our general partner is Mid-Con Energy GP, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. In connection with our initial public offering in December 2011, our predecessors, Mid-Con Energy I, LLC and Mid-Con Energy II, LLC, merged into our wholly owned subsidiary, Mid-Con Energy Properties. Our common units are traded on the NASDAQ Global Select Market under the symbol “MCEP”. Our business activities are primarily conducted through Mid-Con Energy Properties.
