In addition, the Company designs, manufactures and services power transmission products for use in energy infrastructure and industrial applications. Since being founded in 1902, the Company has expanded its product portfolio through in-house research and development as well as through acquisitions of businesses with complementary product lines and technologies. Through this evolution, the Company has become a global supplier to the oil and natural gas industry and other select industrial sectors, with offices and facilities in more than a dozen countries and decades of experience in oilfields around the world.  ...
