Our company, founded in 1973 and headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee, is a leading manufacturer of building products. As of December 31, 2013, we had approximately 4,200 employees. We currently own 21 modern, strategically located facilities in the U.S. and Canada, two facilities in Chile and one facility in Brazil. We also operate facilities through a joint venture, for which we are the exclusive provider of product distribution for North America. Our focus is on delivering innovative, high-quality commodity and specialty building products to retail, wholesale, home building and industrial customers. Our products are used primarily in new home construction, repair and remodeling, and manufactured housing. In May 2013, we increased our ownership of an OSB facility in British Columbia, Canada with an annual production capacity of 820 million square feet to 100% by purchasing Canfor Corporation’s 50% interest in our former joint venture.  ...
