On December 6, 2010, Lance, Inc. (“Lance”) and Snyder’s of Hanover, Inc. (“Snyder’s”) completed a merger (“Merger”) to form Snyder’s-Lance, Inc., a North Carolina corporation. The Merger created a national snack food company with well-recognized brands, an expanded branded product portfolio, complementary manufacturing capabilities and a nationwide distribution network.
