Our European and Chilean operations are conducted through our wholly-owned subsidiary, Liberty Global Europe Holding BV (Liberty Global Europe). Through Liberty Global Europe’s wholly-owned subsidiary, UPC Holding BV (UPC Holding), we provide video, broadband internet and telephony services in nine European countries and in Chile.
