We are an independent oil and gas company engaged primarily in the acquisition, exploration, development and production of onshore oil and gas in North America and are based in Fort Worth, Texas. We focus primarily on unconventional reservoirs where hydrocarbons may be found in challenging geological conditions, such as fractured shales and coalbeds. Our producing oil and gas properties in the United States are principally located in Texas, Colorado, Wyoming and Montana, and in Canada in Alberta and British Columbia. We had total proved reserves of approximately 1.5 Tcfe at December 31, 2012. Our three core areas include: • Barnett Shale; • Horn River; and • Horseshoe Canyon.
