We are a medical device company focused on developing, manufacturing and commercializing our external saphenous vein support technology, or eSVS Mesh for use in coronary artery bypass surgery ("CABG") surgery. Our eSVS Mesh is a nitinol mesh sleeve that, when placed on the outside of a saphenous vein graft ("SVG" or "vein graft") during CABG surgery, is designed to improve the structural characteristics and long-term performance of the vein graft. CABG is one of the most commonly performed cardiac surgeries in the world. According to the Cleveland Clinic, each year, over 800,000 CABG surgeries are performed worldwide.
