Additionally, references to the first, second, third, and fourth quarters refer to those respective quarters of the fiscal year indicated. The Company was incorporated in Indiana in 1939. The corporate headquarters is located at 1600 Royal Street, Jasper, Indiana. The Company provides a variety of products from its two business segments: the Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) segment and the Furniture segment.
