Description:The Fund seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the Russell 2000 Index (the "Underlying Index"). The Underlying Index measures the performance of the small-capitalization sector of the U.S. equity market. The Underlying Index includes issuers representing approximately 7% of the total market capitalization of all publicly-traded U.S. equity securities. The Underlying Index is a float-adjusted capitalization-weighted index of equity securities issued by the approximately 2000 smallest issuers in the Russell 3000 Index.
