Description:The Fund seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the Russell 1000 Index (the "Underlying Index"). The Underlying Index measures the performance of the large-capitalization sector of the U.S. equity market. The Underlying Index includes issuers representing approximately 84% of the market capitalization of all publicly-traded U.S. equity securities. The Underlying Index is a float-adjusted capitalization-weighted index of equity securities issued by the approximately 1,000 largest issuers in the Russell 3000 Index.
