Description:The Fund seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the S&P 500/Citigroup Growth Index (the "Underlying Index"). The Underlying Index measures the performance of the large-capitalization growth sector of the U.S. equity market. It is a subset of the S&P 500 Index and consists of those stocks in the S&P 500 Index exhibiting the strongest growth characteristics, as determined by the Index Provider, representing approximately 50% of the market capitalization of the S&P 500 Index. The Fund generally invests at least 90% of its assets in securities of the Underlying Index and in depositary receipts representing securities of the Underlying Index.
