Description:The Fund seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the S&P/TOPIX 150 Index (the "Underlying Index"). The Underlying Index is comprised of approximately 60% of the market value of the Japanese equity market. The Underlying Index includes 150 highly liquid securities selected from each major sector of the Tokyo market. The Fund generally invests at least 90% of its assets in securities of the Underlying Index and in depositary receipts representing securities of the Underlying Index.
