The Fund seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the S&P Europe 350 Index (the "Underlying Index"). The Underlying Index measures the performance of the stocks of leading companies in the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom. The market capitalization of constituent companies is adjusted to reflect only those stocks that are available to foreign investors. The stocks in the Underlying Index are chosen for market size, liquidity, industry group representation and geographic diversity. The Fund generally invests at least 90% of its assets in securities of the Underlying Index and in depositary receipts representing securities of the Underlying Index.
