Subject to review by NASDAQ MarketWatch, the NOCP will equal the normalized price of the last trade reported to NASDAQ’s proprietary trade reporting system—Automated Confirmation Transaction ServiceSM (ACTSM—with a last sale eligible sale condition modifier as of 4:00:02 p.m., US Eastern Time. "Normalizing" the NOCP means it will be adjusted to the nearest prevailing inside quote whenever the last sale is reported away from the inside market. Description:The Fund seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the S&P Global Clean Energy Index (the "Underlying Index"). The Underlying Index is designed to track performance of approximately 30 of the most liquid and tradable global companies which represent the listed clean energy universe. The Underlying Index includes clean energy production companies and clean energy equipment and technology providers and the Fund is concentrated in the clean energy industry. For these purposes, the "clean energy" universe includes biofuel and biomass, ethanol and fuel alcohol, geothermal energy, hydroelectricity, solar and wind energy. The Fund generally invests at least 90% of its assets in securities of the Underlying Index and in depositary receipts representing securities of the Underlying Index.
