("HVB" or "the Bank"), a national banking association established in 1972, with operational headquarters in Westchester County, New York. HVB has seventeen branch offices in Westchester County, New York, four in Manhattan, New York, four in Bronx County, New York, two in Rockland County, New York, and one in Kings County, New York. During 2013, the Company announced and completed the consolidation and/or closure of its six Connecticut branches, one branch in Westchester, and one branch in Manhattan, New York.
