We are an independent oil and natural gas exploration and production company with our principal producing properties located along the Louisiana Gulf Coast in the West Cote Blanche Bay, or WCBB, and Hackberry fields, and in the Utica Shale in Eastern Ohio. During 2010, we acquired our initial acreage position in the Niobrara Formation of Northwestern Colorado and, during 2011, we acquired our initial acreage position in the Utica Shale in Eastern Ohio. We also hold a significant acreage position in the Alberta oil sands in Canada through our interest in Grizzly Oil Sands ULC, or Grizzly, a 21.4% equity interest in Diamondback Energy, Inc.  ...
