Flotek Industries, Inc. ("Flotek" or the "Company") is a global diversified, technology-driven company that develops and supplies oilfield products, services, and equipment to the oil, gas, and mining industries, and high value compounds to companies that make cleaning products, cosmetics, food and beverages, and other products that are sold in consumer and industrial markets. The Company was originally incorporated in the Province of British Columbia on May 17, 1985. In October 2001, the Company moved the corporate domicile to Delaware and effected a 120 to 1 reverse stock split by way of a reverse merger with CESI Chemical, Inc. ("CESI"). Since then, the Company has grown through a series of acquisitions and organic growth. In December 2007, the Company's common stock began trading on the New York Stock Exchange ("NYSE") under the stock ticker symbol "FTK.  ... More ...
