The Company designs, markets, and distributes carry and protective solutions primarily for hand held electronic devices, including soft-sided carrying cases, bags, clips, hand straps, protective plates and skins, and other accessories for medical monitoring and diagnostic kits, bar code scanners, GPS and location devices, and cellular telephones. The Company also designs, markets, and distributes carry and protective solutions for other consumer products such as laptop computers, MP3 players, firearms, sporting, recreational, and aeronautical products. The Company’s principal customer market is original equipment manufacturers, or “OEMs” (or the contract manufacturing firms of these OEM customers), of these products that either package our products as accessories “in box” together with their product offerings or sell them through their retail distribution channels.
