First Midwest Bancorp, Inc. (the "Company") is a Delaware corporation incorporated in 1982 and is registered under the Bank Holding Company Act of 1956, as amended (the "BHC Act"). The Company is one of Illinois' largest independent publicly-traded banking companies with assets of $8.3 billion as of December 31, 2013 and is headquartered in the Chicago suburb of Itasca, Illinois. The Company's common stock, $0.01 par value per share, is listed on the NASDAQ Stock Market and trades under the symbol FMBI ("Common Stock").
