We are principally engaged in purchasing commercial aircraft which we lease under multi-year contracts to a diverse group of airlines throughout the world. Although we are organized under the laws of Bermuda, we are resident in Ireland for Irish tax purposes and thus are subject to Irish corporation tax on our income in the same way, and to the same extent, as if we were organized under the laws of Ireland.
