We are registered as a bank holding company under the Bank Holding Company Act of 1956, as amended, and are a financial holding company under the provisions of the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act. At December 31, 2012, the Corporation had total consolidated assets of $25.5 billion and ranked 1st in terms of total assets among Tennessee-headquartered bank holding companies. We provide diversified financial services primarily through our principal subsidiary, First Tennessee Bank National Association (the “Bank” or “FTBNA”), and its subsidiaries.
