At January 31, 2013, the Company had approximately $10.6 billion in consolidated assets, of which approximately $10.0 billion was invested in real estate, at cost. The Company’s core markets include Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Los Angeles, New York City, Philadelphia, the Greater San Francisco metropolitan area, and the Greater Washington D.C. metropolitan area. The Company has offices in Albuquerque, Boston, Dallas, Denver, Los Angeles, New York City, San Francisco, Washington, D.C. and the Company’s corporate headquarters in Cleveland, Ohio.
