We acquired the business of a Michigan company, also known as Ford Motor Company, which had been incorporated in 1903 to produce and sell automobiles designed and engineered by Henry Ford. We are a global automotive industry leader based in Dearborn, Michigan. We manufacture or distribute automobiles across six continents. With about 181,000 employees and 65 plants worldwide, our automotive brands include Ford and Lincoln. We provide financial services through Ford Motor Credit Company.
