Description:The Fund seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the S&P Global Industrials Sector Index (the "Underlying Index"). The Underlying Index measures the performance of companies that S&P deems to be part of the industrials sector of the economy and that S&P believes are important to global markets. It is a subset of the S&P Global 1200 Index. Component companies include manufacturers and distributors of capital goods, providers of commercial services and supplies and transportation service providers. The Fund generally invests at least 90% of its assets in securities of the Underlying Index and in depositary receipts representing securities of the Underlying Index.
