Description:The iShares MSCI South Korea Index Fund (the "Fund") seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the MSCI Korea Index (the "Underlying Index"). The Underlying Index consists of stocks traded primarily on the Stock Market Division of the Korean Exchange. As of September 30, 2009, the Underlying Index's three largest sectors were information technology, financials and industrials. The Fund generally invests at least 90% of its assets in the securities of its Underlying Index and in depositary receipts representing securities in its Underlying Index.
