Description:The iShares MSCI Mexico Investable Market Index Fund (the "Fund") seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the MSCI Mexico Investable Market Index (the "Underlying Index"). The Underlying Index consists of stocks traded primarily on the Mexican Stock Exchange. As of September 30, 2009, the Underlying Index's three largest sectors were telecommunication services, consumer staples and materials. The Fund generally invests at least 90% of its assets in the securities of its Underlying Index and in depositary receipts representing securities in its Underlying Index.
