Description:The iShares MSCI Japan Index Fund (the "Fund") seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the MSCI Japan Index (the "Underlying Index"). The Underlying Index consists of stocks traded primarily on the Tokyo Stock Exchange. As of September 30, 2009, the Underlying Index's three largest sectors were consumer discretionary, industrials and financials. The Fund generally invests at least 95% of its assets in the securities of its Underlying Index and in depositary receipts representing securities in its Underlying Index.
