Description:The iShares MSCI Italy Index Fund (the "Fund") seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the MSCI Italy Index (the "Underlying Index"). The Underlying Index consists of stocks traded primarily on the Milan Stock Exchange. As of September 30, 2009, the Underlying Index's three largest sectors were financials, energy and utilities. The Fund generally invests at least 90% of its assets in the securities of its Underlying Index and in depositary receipts representing securities in its Underlying Index.
