Description:The iShares MSCI Australia Index Fund (the "Fund") seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the MSCI Australia Index (the "Underlying Index"). The Underlying Index consists of stocks traded primarily on the Australian Stock Exchange. As of September 30, 2009, the Underlying Index's three largest sectors were financials, materials and consumer staples. The Fund generally invests at least 90% of its assets in the securities of its Underlying Index and in depositary receipts ("DRs") representing securities in its Underlying Index.
