The Company was incorporated under the laws of the State of Delaware on June 30, 1963 under the name Metro-Tel Corp. and changed its name to DRYCLEAN USA, Inc. on November 7, 1999. On December 1, 2009, the Company changed its name to EnviroStar, Inc. Since November 1, 1998, when Steiner-Atlantic Corp. (“Steiner”) was merged with and into, and therefore became, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, the Company’s principal business has been as a supplier of commercial and industrial laundry and dry cleaning equipment and steam boilers and related activities. Unless the context otherwise requires, as used in this Report, the “Company” includes EnviroStar, Inc. and its subsidiaries. The Company, through Steiner, sells commercial and industrial laundry and dry cleaning equipment, and steam boilers in the United States, the Caribbean and Latin American markets.  ... More ...
