Our Company Endeavour International Corporation (a Nevada corporation formed in 2000) is an independent oil and gas company engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of energy reserves and resources in the United Kingdom (“U.K.”) North Sea and United States (“U.S.”) onshore. We began our operations focused on the U.K. and Norwegian sectors of the North Sea. In 2008, we initiated operations in the U.S. and announced our first production there in January 2009. In 2009 we sold our Norwegian operations, utilizing the proceeds to expand our U.S. position in the fourth quarter of 2009 and early 2010, purchasing both producing properties and exploration acreage.
