"Normalizing" the NOCP means it will be adjusted to the nearest prevailing inside quote whenever the last sale is reported away from the inside market. Description:The iShares MSCI Emerging Markets Financials Sector Index Fund (the "Fund") seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the MSCI Emerging Markets Financials Index (the "Underlying Index"). The Underlying Index is a free float- adjusted market capitalization weighted index designed to measure the combined equity market performance of the financials sector of emerging markets countries. Component securities include those of banks, diversified financial companies, insurance companies and real estate companies. The Fund generally invests at least 90% of its assets in securities of the Underlying Index and in depositary receipts representing securities of the Underlying Index.
