Description:The Fund seeks investment returns that closely correspond to the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the MSCI EAFE ESG Index, which is created and maintained by MSCI. The Index consists of equity securities of issuers in Europe Middle East and the Pacific regions that meet specific environmental, social and governance criteria developed by MSCI. The Fund%u2019s investment objective may be changed by the board of trustees without a vote of shareholders.
