Description:ProShares UltraShort Dow30 seeks daily investment results, before fees and expenses, that correspond to twice (200%) the inverse (opposite) of the daily performance of the Dow Jones Industrial Average Index. The Index is a price-weighted index maintained by editors of The Wall Street Journal. The index includes 30 large-cap, "blue-chip" U.S. stocks, excluding utility and transportation companies. The Fund will typically concentrate its investments in issuers of one or more particular industries to the same extent that its underlying index is so concentrated and to the extent permitted by applicable regulatory guidance.
