As used herein, unless the context otherwise requires, “Dorman”, the “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refers to Dorman Products, Inc. and its subsidiaries. We are a supplier of automotive replacement parts and fasteners and service line products primarily for the automotive aftermarket. We market approximately 128,000 different automotive replacement parts (including brake parts), fasteners and service line products.
