As used herein, unless the context otherwise requires, “Dorman”, the “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refers to Dorman Products, Inc. and its subsidiaries. We are a supplier of automotive and heavy duty truck replacement parts and fasteners and service line products primarily for the automotive aftermarket. We market approximately 133,000 different stock keeping units (“SKU’s”) of automotive replacement parts (including brake parts), fasteners and service line products many of which we design and engineer.
