AMCON Distributing Company was incorporated in Delaware in 1986 and our common stock is listed on NYSE Amex Equities (formerly the American Stock Exchange) under the symbol “DIT.” The Company operates two business segments: • Our wholesale distribution segment (“Wholesale Segment”) distributes consumer products in the Central, Rocky Mountain, and Southern regions of the United States. • Our retail health food segment (“Retail Segment”) operates fourteen health food retail stores located throughout the Midwest and Florida. WHOLESALE SEGMENT Our Wholesale Segment serves approximately 4,300 retail outlets including convenience stores, grocery stores, liquor stores, drug stores, and tobacco shops.  ... More ...
